How is TOC Applied?

Within education, the generic TOC thinking tools are applied in three areas:

  • Behavior- human interrelationships.

  • Curriculum-teaching and learning.

  • Administration- systemic improvement.

3-Part TOC Process:

  1. Identify Constraints (What needs to change?)
  2. Identify Results (What to change to?)
  3. Create a Plan (How to cause the change?)
